Industry-Leading Teacher-to-Infant Ratios for Superior Care
In our infant classroom, small group care helps babies receive the attention, comfort, and supervision they need throughout the day. Families looking for infant daycare in Lake Nona can feel confident knowing our 1:4 teacher-to-infant ratio supports safety, bonding, and individualized care.
Our 1:4 Ratio – Why Lower Group Sizes Matter for Safety
A lower infant ratio allows teachers to stay more attentive to each baby’s needs, cues, and routines. With fewer babies per caregiver, teachers can respond quickly, monitor closely, and create a calmer classroom environment.
Highly-Trained Caregivers Specializing in Early Development
Our infant teachers understand the importance of early communication, movement, sensory exploration, and emotional security. Through gentle interaction, daily routines, and age-appropriate activities, they help babies feel safe while supporting healthy development.
Personalized Attention to Support Emotional Bonding
Babies thrive when they feel known and comforted. Our teachers build trusting relationships through holding, rocking, talking, singing, eye contact, and consistent care that helps each child feel secure away from home.

Hospital-Grade Sanitization & Cleanliness Protocols
Cleanliness is especially important in infant care. Our team follows consistent sanitizing routines for toys, cribs, diapering areas, and classroom surfaces to help maintain a healthy, comfortable environment for babies.
Early Developmental Milestones & Sensory Exploration
At Bright Scholars, infant care includes more than supervision. Our early learning center supports each baby’s first milestones through movement, music, language, sensory exploration, and gentle interaction. Our STEAM-based infant curriculum introduces age-appropriate discovery that helps babies begin exploring the world around them.
Tummy Time & Physical Development Zones
Tummy time helps babies strengthen the muscles they need for rolling, crawling, reaching, and early movement. Our classroom gives infants safe, supervised opportunities to stretch, explore, and build physical confidence throughout the day.
Sensory Play – Music, Textures & Visual Stimulation
Babies learn through their senses, so teachers introduce music, soft textures, colorful visuals, gentle sounds, and age-appropriate materials. These experiences help support curiosity, awareness, coordination, and early brain development.
Early Language Immersion through Stories & Song
Language begins long before babies speak. Teachers use stories, songs, facial expressions, sign language, repetition, and warm conversation to help infants hear new sounds, recognize patterns, and build early communication skills.
Cognitive Growth Through Age-Appropriate Exploration
Our infant classroom encourages safe discovery and cognitive development through toys, manipulatives, puppets, flashcards, movement, and teacher-guided interaction. Each activity is designed to support attention, memory, problem-solving, and early curiosity in a nurturing environment.
