Nurturing Growth from the Start
Our Brilliant Babies infant care program was created to foster a sense of calm, safety, and nurturing from the very beginning. With attentive teachers, small class sizes, and gentle daily routines, babies receive loving care and early developmental support through tummy time, music, sensory exploration, one-on-one interaction, and consistent communication with families.
Designed for Infants
Classroom Environment
Our Brilliant Babies classroom is designed with open floor space and colorful play mats for tummy time, crawling, and exploration. Each baby has a personal crib with fresh bedding, and cribs are disinfected daily. Toys and diapering stations are sanitized regularly, while the diapering area is positioned to keep teachers facing the room for continuous supervision.
To help reduce outside germs, adults remove shoes or wear disposable booties and sanitize their hands upon entry. Our infant classrooms maintain a 1:4 teacher-infant ratio, creating a small, nurturing environment where babies receive plenty of loving attention, comfort, and care.
Gentle Learning for Our Little Scholars
Personalized Infant Care
Our Brilliant Babies are cared for with warmth, patience, and close attention throughout the day. Teachers support early development through music, movement, outdoor blanket time, facial and verbal interaction, sign language, puppets, songs, flashcards, and plenty of loving connection. Families receive daily updates on meals, naps, diapering, and classroom activities.
Diapering & Feeding Time
Feeding and diapering are treated as meaningful moments for bonding and communication. Diapering takes place every two hours or as needed, while teachers use these routines to talk, smile, sing, and comfort each baby. Infants also enjoy one-on-one rocking chair time with lullabies, warmth, and gentle language.
Age-Appropriate Rotations
Each day includes gentle rotations designed for safe exploration and early growth. Infants may participate in tummy time, guided play, soft toy exploration, manipulatives, interactive bouncers, and monthly art activities, all within a nurturing environment designed for their comfort, curiosity, and development.
