Bright Scholars offers a variety of options to meet the needs of our families. Within our safe and secure academy, we provide high quality programs that are educational and filled with adventure and fun!
After School
When parents need extended hours beyond the school day, families can look to Bright Scholars. Scholars Club, our after school program, provides school-age children the opportunity to socialize and relax from a long day at school. To that end, we begin after school with nutritious snacks and outdoor play before transitioning to homework assistance and enrichment activities.

Voluntary Prekindergarten
(VPK) Facts
- VPK is a FREE Florida education program for 4 year olds.
- VPK is NOT an income-based program. Any child who lives in Florida and is age 4 on or before Sept 1 is eligible.
- VPK gives children a jump start by preparing them for school and enhancing their pre-reading, pre-math, language and social skills.
Bright Scholars Early Learning Academy is your premier VPK program provider here in St. Cloud, FL. We offer both morning and afternoon Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Programs. VPK is a FREE program that prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. Any child who lives in Florida and is 4 years old on or before Sept. 1 of the current school year is eligible. We are excited to offer a high quality program for our Scholars that includes 540 hours of instructional time throughout the school year. We follow Osceola County’s academic calendar.
Part-Time Child Care
For parents who only need part-time care, we offer part-time solutions for infants to age 4. Parents can selecting a Mon/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thurs schedule and can take advantage of our full care hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm.
Summer Camp
Not exactly sure what your child will do over the summer or during school holiday breaks? Bright Scholars has it all planned for you as we’ve carefully designed experiences that your child will never forget. Our Camp and Vacation Club offer weekly themed activities such as space, sports, and theater. Children participate in adventurous in-house field trips, enrichment activities, and fun-filled events that will make for long-lasting memories.
Did we mention that learning doesn’t have to end because of school breaks? Our curricular projects are designed to promote continued learning while having loads of fun. In addition, we teach character education focusing on traits such as love, forgiveness, and honesty through children’s stories and songs.
